1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, purchasing a product, or using any service offered through justine-cohen.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking or purchase.

2. Nature of Services

Justine Cohen is a psychic medium and spiritual practitioner, not a licensed medical, mental health, or legal professional. All sessions, including Spirit Baby Connection Sessions, Womb Healing + Spirit Baby Reiki Sessions, Spirit Baby Tarot, and the HELD Container, are spiritual and energetic in nature and are intended to complement, not replace, professional medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.

Sessions are experiential. They may include channeled messages, intuitive energy reading, guided meditation, somatic practices, and earth-based ritual. The content of any session reflects intuitive and energetic impressions and does not constitute diagnosis, prognosis, medical advice, psychological counsel, or legal guidance.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Justine Cohen does not guarantee specific outcomes from any session or program, including but not limited to pregnancy, conception, changes in fertility status, or resolution of pregnancy loss grief. Nothing communicated during a session should be interpreted as a promise, prediction, or guarantee regarding fertility timelines or reproductive outcomes. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

4. Payment Policy

All sessions and products must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. All sales are final, and sessions and digital products are non-refundable once purchased.

For the HELD Container, payment plans are available with specific terms outlined in your individual agreement. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current, and Justine Cohen reserves the right to terminate the container without refund of payments already made if a client defaults on two or more consecutive installments after written notice has been provided.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time using the link provided in your confirmation email. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session, as well as no-shows, forfeit the session fee entirely. Justine Cohen reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or circumstances outside her control, and will offer a replacement session in those cases.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

By completing your booking and checking the acknowledgment boxes at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the no-refund policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms may be considered a breach of this agreement. Justine Cohen reserves the right to submit all booking records, checkout acknowledgments, and correspondence to the relevant payment processor as evidence in any dispute.

7. Confidentiality

Justine Cohen holds all client information and session content in strict confidence and will not share personal details or session content without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Client stories shared publicly (such as testimonials) are shared only with explicit written permission and are anonymized or attributed only as the client requests.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created and delivered by Justine Cohen, including session recordings, guided meditations, written channeled materials, the Door Between Worlds audio, Spirit Baby Letters, and any materials provided within the HELD Container, is the intellectual property of Justine Cohen. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share publicly, or use any session content or purchased materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Personal use only.

9. Digital Products

The Door Between Worlds meditation is a digital audio product delivered instantly upon purchase. As a digital product that is immediately accessible, it is non-refundable once delivered. By completing your purchase you acknowledge this policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Justine Cohen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of any session, product, or service, including but not limited to emotional distress, reproductive outcomes, or reliance on channeled content. Your total remedy, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session or product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada County, California.

12. Updates to These Terms

Justine Cohen reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at justine-cohen.com/terms. Continued use of services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
